Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

Change of Mind
We are happy to offer store credit for items returned within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online), provided they are:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • In saleable condition

In accordance with Australian hygiene regulations, products that have been opened, used, or returned in non-saleable condition cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel at hello@trinityco.com.au with:

  • Your invoice number
  • A description of the issue
  • Your preferred contact details

Exclusions

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • Refunds or exchanges are not available for opened or used products due to hygiene regulations.
  • Trinity Curated Wellness is not responsible for adverse skin reactions or sensitivities. Please review ingredient lists in-store or online prior to purchase, and contact us for advice if unsure.

Return Process

  1. Email us to request return approval.
  2. Send approved returns via Registered Post to:

  3. Items must be received within 7 days of return approval, in original, unopened condition with all labels and packaging intact.

Please note: We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels if uninsured.
