Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas)
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (metro areas)

Please allow additional time for regional or remote deliveries.

Shipping Fees

• Standard Shipping: $15 per order
• Express Shipping: $20 per order
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150

Order Tracking
Once your order has been collected by our delivery partner, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@trinityco.com.au. While we take every precaution to protect your order, Trinity Curated Wellness cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during transit by our delivery partners.

Authority to Leave
If you select ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout, please note that we cannot be held responsible for parcels once they have been delivered.
